We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Specific details explaining why you would like to make a return must be provided, as well as desired outcome (exchange, credit, refund). Pictures may be requested to support your case. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take corrective action. Pictures may be requested to support your case.

Please note, Split Science is not responsible for orders that are not delivered. Customers are responsible for entering in their billing and shipping address correctly, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper shipping information has been entered before placing an order. Split Science assumes no responsibility for the following and will not issue refunds if- the order goes to a different address other than what was entered by the customer at time of purchase; if the order goes to the address entered by the customer but it is not received by the customer; or if the address is deemed ‘unknown’ and returned by the carrier.
Refunds will be applied on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
